Health and Safety
Classes provided by Milo Miles are of a physical nature. Milo Miles/Milo Miles Entertainment accepts no liability for any physical injury, loss or damage to persons. This also applies to loss of property occurring at any premises whether occasioned by negligence or otherwise.
If you have an injury, physical disability or health condition, it is your responsibility to receive clearance from your physician/GP/therapist prior to joining a class or making a booking.
Clients and parents/guardians release and absolve Milo Miles and Milo Miles Entertainment from all liability against any claim for loss, damage, accident, injury or in the unlikely event of death suffered by any student, invitee or guest acquired out of the use of our services or attributed to any act or omission whether amounting to negligence or not of any teacher/s, clients or any other person. Clients will be subject to the terms and conditions at the venue of delivery.
Payments and Fees
Private classes require a full payment in advance as confirmation of booking. Once payment has been received this is non-refundable.
Classes may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the set class time. 50% of original payment is non-refundable and will need to be repaid for the rescheduled lesson. All other moneys paid may be transferred to the new rescheduled date. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
Advance purchases of private classes and gift vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of purchase. Purchases not redeemed within 6 months will be non-refundable, unless agreed in advance because of extenuating circumstances by Milo Miles.
Open class fees are payable on the day.
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers are subject to payment being completed before a class booking is made. Voucher can only be exchanged for a Milo Miles or Miloteque private class and cannot be exchanged for cash. Voucher must be presented to redeem the class. Damaged, defaced or mutilated vouchers cannot be accepted. No liability will be accepted for the replacement or refund of lost, stolen or destroyed vouchers.
Coupons and Special Offers
Coupons and special offer cards (e.g. half prices offers) are limited to three per person within each offer.
Students under 16 years of age
The parent/guardian of students who are under 16 years of age will need to provide verbal and written consent and is to be copied in on all communication between Milo Miles and the student. Once any agreement has been made between the student and Milo Miles final approval will be required from the parent/guardian both verbally and in writing before any work commences. Milo Miles is qualified to teach students of all ages and has DBS clearance.
EVENTS
Bookings are non- transferable between dates or ticket type and non-refundable.
Online ticket sales will close at 4pm on the day of the performance.
For group bookings we recommend you contact us directly through the event page.
Tickets purchased by customers outside the UK will be available for collection from the event venue on the date of performance.
Promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with other offers. We reserve the right to cancel any promotional code or offer at any time without written notice. Cancellation of an offer will not affect tickets purchased with an offer prior to the cancellation.
You will require your ticket to gain access to the event. Should you lose your ticket or opt out of receiving a paper ticket, you will need to provide your email address and checkout reference number which you will receive in your confirmation email following your purchase.
We reserve the right to make alterations to the advertised arrangements or featured artists.
If tickets purchased are re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain by anyone other than the event organiser and licensed partners, the holder may be refused entry.
We reserve the right to conduct security searches prior to entry and refuse admission. We reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject anyone who, refuses to be searched, is in possession of alcohol or illegal substances or, in our reasonable opinion, admission to the venue might put at risk their safety or that of other, or affect the enjoyment of the event for other visitors or the running of the event (for example if the holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is acting aggressively or anti-socially). No refunds will be offered to ticket holders in these circumstances.
